“INCLUSIVE EDUCATION” CONCEPT FORMATION IN FOREIGN PEDAGOGY IN THE CONTEXT OF INCLUSION DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The objective of the article is to study the experience of European and American scientists in the field of educational inclusion, to analyze the history of “the inclusion” concept development in foreign pedagogy, to examine the formation stages of “the inclusive education” concept and define its features. Constituting on this analysis the author concludes that “inclusive education” definition in foreign pedagogy is based on the ideology which excludes any segregation and discrimination that means availability of education for every person and at all educational stages.
