PLACE AND IMPORTANCE OF STUDENTS’ SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH WORK IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

Optimal organization of students’ scientific research work as an important stage of the modern educator’s system of continuous professional education is a dialectic integrity of, on the one hand, future specialist’s internal tendency for scientific creative activity and, on the other hand, student’s satisfaction from the high-quality scientific research. Such an approach greatly promotes the future specialist’s self-affirmation, stimulates his autonomy, considerable emotional lift and, in its turn, predetermines student’s successful involvement into the process of continuous professional education and self-improvement of a modern teacher-researcher both in the professional and, which is equally important, in the general cultural aspect.
