PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROVISIONS FOR TEACHING SCHOOLCHILDREN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE BY INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
The article identifies psychological and pedagogical provisions for teaching English to schoolchildren by information and communication technologies. The study focuses on the necessity to form information culture of a schoolchild and foreign language teacher, to create authentic communicative situations promoting the development of foreign language communicative competence among the learners.
