TEACHERS’ ABILITY TOWARDS ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL ACTIVITIES AT THE LESSONS AS THE GUARANTEE OF THE FORMATION OF LEARNERS’ FOREIGN COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Abstract

The article examines the preparation of a teacher to organizational and managerial activity with the purpose to form communicative competence among pupils at such a level which would allow them to communicate freely in a foreign language. The author highlights the conditions of the formation of teacher’s organizational and managerial competence. He/she should learn to manage educational activity of the pupils from the position of subject-subject relations, which allow transferring this management at the level of self-management. The formed organizational and managerial competence of the teacher contributes to the learners’ formation of communicative competence.
